Spicy Fish dumpling tan tan ramen is now my favorite with extra noodle and extra spicy. The service is always great! The ambiance always feels welcoming to me.

Nothing cures a hangover better than a big bowl of soup. I remember going to the Ala Moana location pretty frequently during my college days and always loved their tan tan ramen and happy to see that it's still as massive as ever. I will say in comparison to other ramen places, it's not mind blowing... but this restaurant definitely shines for value. There's also a lot of menu options so there is definitely something for everybody. If you're looking for a quick bite that will fill you up, this is definitely a spot to get your fix.

Food is very good. Menu is very diverse, many options. I got the shoyu won ton ramen. Overall big wontons and lots of noodles. Broth was a bit salty but not too bad. Service was very fast and they kept checking on us. The ambiance is very nice and serene. Typical ramen place. Def want to go back and try other options.

Goma Tei is a great choice for a casual ramen meal. I don't think it's the best ramen but it is good comfort food. My go to is the shoyu ramen and I like to add the ajitama egg to it. I love their popcorn chicken and gyoza! They are tasty appetizers that make it a more filling meal. Service is pretty good and the food comes out quick! I also tried both of their take home to-go meals to bring for lunch to work the next few days and it was soo yummy and worth the price! I would definitely purchase those again.

As if I didn't shop enough in Korea, I'm at Pearlridge! Quick break and go to lunch is Gomatei! Surprisedly able to be seated right away. Service quick and somewhat attentive. Ordered Tan Tan ramen and popcorn chicken. Food came out fairly quickly. That rich broth hit the spot. Savory, warm, hint of sesame so good. Noodles cooked perfectly, not mushy but almost al dente. Topped with that spiral Cha Siu, OMG! Tender, tender, tender! Chicken was flavorful and crisp. Lively atmosphere with a family friendly vibe. Perfect for a quick meal!
